These rockets were designed for use on a military project. They have successfully flown to speeds in excess of Mach 2 on single use L1000W motors.

The Mach 2 Rocket consists of
32.5" of thin wall 54mm fiberglass airframe
Aluminum-tipped filament wound nose cone with stainless steel eyebolt
Head end dual deployment with a fiberglass switch band, 5" fiberglass coupler, stepped avionics bay lids
CNC-cut and beveled 1/8" G10 fins

This Rocket is Awesome!

First time doing surface mounted fins or minimum diameter. I named it "Mach Daddy" and flew it to 11,000 on a J1799... which was WILD! Accelerated at over 80g's - This thing rules! To say it's worth every penny of the price is a huge understatement... my favorite rocket right now!

Use less epoxy than suggested in the video.

I love the kit so far but have just had one problem. In the linked assembly video they suggested 1.5g and 14g of epoxy for the fins and fillets respectively. These amounts are too much and not enough epoxy is included in the kit. I relized this while doing the fillets and ran out of epoxy and will have to buy more to finish the kit which is a pain. Love how it has turned out so far but this is a bit annoying.

Amazing Rocket!

The rocket part are of high quality and construction is simple. Also flies like no other rocket. I will buy more stuff from Wildman! Highly recommended
