Since 2015 when I got into high powered rocketry, RocketPoxy has been my "go to" choice for external (and even internal for the right build) fin fillets. It has great strength and is "stiff" enough to make very nice radiused fin fillets right after mixing, or if you prefer, after 10-15 minutes post mixing when the adhesive has begun to get a bit thicker. Great stuff!

I do not where Wildman found more Rocketpoxy, but damn glad he did. Got a new Madcow 4" Nike Apache on Friday, and all that is left is fillets on the outside and paint.

Expensive, but worth it. I’ve used Rocketpoxy on my entire fleet. Excellent for fin fillets.
