A bit more acceleration off the pad.

I have a mini bi-hybrid that needed a bit more thrust off the pad from the 1st stage than a standard BP motor provides. This does the trick and with far less chances of a CATO than the BP motor it replaces. I do need an electronic air start of the bi-hybrid, but had the computer for that in the rocket already.
