These custom machined fiberglass bulk plates are made from one solid piece of g10 fiberglass plate and cut specifically to fit our filament wound fiberglass body tubes and couplers.
They have a step around the edge to center and keep the plate aligned on the coupler, and include machined marks matching industry standard altimeter sleds and eye bolt mounting patterns.

av-bay lid 98mm for deployment piston bulkhead
I’m using Wildman 98mm av-bay lids for deployment piston bulkheads. This allows me to use much less Triple Seven and it protects parachutes and shock cords from the ejection charges.
