Great Epoxy!

I just used this stuff to attach my Kevlar Y harness to my Darkstar 3 motor tube as shown in Wildman's instruction sheets. It works great, and seems to be super strong. With care, I did not spill a drop either in mixing or applying. It spends a lot more of its pot life in a less viscous state than Rocketpoxy, so I can see where it might be trickier for fillets. The first batch was 58 g in a 2 ounce plastic cup, and there was about 15 minutes of working time, as the remainder in the cup went VERY exothermic quickly and began to solidify. The stuff I spread on the motor tube did not hardern as quickly. Also, I mixed about 35 g in a plastic mixing cup for the second batch for the second arm of the harness, and it stayed usable for about 30 minutes, and did not get nearly as hot in the cup with less material remaining in the cup than the first batch. So if you are mixing a big batch you might want to spread it out on a paper plate right after mixing so that cures more slowly. This is great stuff. The more experience you have with epoxy, the less trouble you will have.

Excellent epoxy!

Tho I also like West Systems, 4500P made very robust bonds for my Wildman38. Very easy to work with, it makes great fillets.

Garbage

Gets everywhere. Using it for fillets. So far out of 4 fillets 2 have air bubbles in them. I want my rocketpoxy back.

Proline 4500

I had proline 4500 deliver with my kit but my scale turned off multiple times while mixing so I had a lot of waste - ordered a pint and it was worth it. Delivered super fast so I wasn't delayed in my build at all. I really like working with this epoxy - it's thick consistency and heat resistance is nice. Made super nice filets on my minimum diameter kit. Some complain about it being messy but that wasn't my experience - very easy to work with. Also sands very nice.

Great Epoxy but VERY MESSY

Love the thickness and working time. Hate that the black color gets everywhere. It does show up well through the fiberglass. No question whether you epoxied a surface.
