Catistrophic fails and chuffs

The F41-5W motors have been less than reliable. In 20 flights leading up to ARC qualifying this past Saturday we had two cantos, one forward section and one aft section. Those resulted in destroyed rockets. We had two motors that chuffed after liftoff but they were recovered safety. You recommended I contact AeroTech, which I did and their customer support said I would be receiving replacement motors which havent arrived yet.
