Mach 2 Carbon
These rockets were designed for use on a military project. They have successfully flown to speeds in excess of Mach 2 on single use L1000W motors.
The Mach 2 Rocket consists of: 32" of thin wall 54mm Carbon fiber airframe
Aluminum-tipped filament wound fiberglass nose cone made with high temp epoxy. Topped off with a stainless steel eyebolt and stepped aluminum tip
Head end dual deployment with a fiberglass switch band, 5" fiberglass coupler, stepped avionics bay lids
CNC-cut and beveled 1/8" Carbon fiber fins
Also included: High temperature epoxy kit

I’m using this as a sustainer on a staged rocket and am looking forward to pushing it hard. I’ll test fly it on an L1000 then stack it on top of an L2200. It includes all the structural components. Needs recovery, avionics, and a 54 MD MR to tie it all together.
