One little, tiny .005" issue....

Beautiful casing, all the parts went together nicely until I tried to insert the smoke grain/insulator in the forward closure. Too tight! I measured another 75mm FC and the hole was .005" larger, smoke grain fit right in. Sanded the insulator down, problem solved.
Maybe the Anodizing?
