This kit is the BEST VALUE KIT in ALL of hobby rocketry. At 3" you can fly it low enough for east coast waivers, or questionable weather ceiling conditions... or you can slap an L1090 (or an M if you have Loki) and go chase Mach Jesus.
The point is, I have quite a few rockets that require specific field / waiver / or motor conditions to fly... but not this one.
Also, I LOVE Head End Deploy.. its like one whole less section of the checklist. Everything is in one AV bay, It has adequate recovery volume when set up correctly, Shear pins go in on both sides of the switch band and your done.... or fly it single deploy if you want!

My first fiberglass kit. You'll need to provide your own recovery system: from kevlar, to chutes, electronics (if used).
Everything fits VERY well. Great quality in the included components and beautiful fin bevels.
I really enjoy this rocket. Only flown it 3 times but it's a show stopper. J275, K550 and K1275 (to 16,000'). It's a rocket that just works.
