Not yet built.

I picked up the rocket at Red Glare event on Sat. 3/29/2025 along with some other supplies. That evening at the hotel I found blisters on toes and soles of both feet and I'm now on antibiotics and topical medications with both feet in bandages.
Better fitting and more comfortable shoes shoes are now being used.
I hope to launch by the summer.

Journey 75

Just started my Journey 75 project. I opted for the fiberglass nose cone. All the parts are top quality. The instructional video is quite helpful on the Wildman website. Thanks for running this rocket on special during your Black Friday Thanksgiving weekend sale.

Awesome Products & Service

I run a very large high-power rocket club, and we compete in ARC. The service we get from Wildman is second to none—shipments are fast, and Tim and Jackie are awesome to work with. I love the Journey 75 for my students working on their Junior Level 1s. It's a perfect beginner high-power rocket for learning how to work with different materials.

Great L1 Rocket

After finding a bag full of a few Estes rockets while cleaning out my office, I finished building the unfinished ones and went out to launch them. I was immediately hooked! A couple weeks later I got some advice from the rocketry Discord channel and ended up purchasing the Journey 75 with a plastic nose cone, a 12" Nomex sheet, and the recommended Aeropack motor retainer.

The rocket showed up pretty quickly and I was able to get right to work! Since the kit is fiberglass, I made sure to use gloves and a respirator just in case. Everything went together great and the video was very helpful for guiding me through the build. 10/10 would build again!

I flew on a single use Aero tech H219 and included a Tile, Estes altimeter, and an old smartphone with the Insane Rocketry app. I hit an apogee of 1641' and successfully recovered my rocket, earning my Level 1 Certification!

I look forward to saving up some money and purchasing a dual deployment kit from Wildman in the future!
